Cargo requirements

General cargo requirements
  • The cargo must be:
    • securely fastened,
    • not affecting the safe operation of the vehicle,
    • not obstructing the driver’s view,
    • must not cover license plates or any official identification markings,
    • not producing excessive noise or dust, and
    • not damaging the road surface.
Vehicle, cargo receiving and loading requirements
  • Vehicle requirements:
    • the vehicle must comply with the technical specifications stated in the contract,
    • a defective vehicle is considered as not provided,
    • a driver’s delay of more than 4 hours is grounds for service refusal.
  • Acceptance and loading process:
    The bill of lading must include:
    • the vehicle’s arrival time and loading date,
    • the condition of the packaging, container, or truck body,
    • cargo parameters (labeling, type, specifications).

    • temperature control requirements,
    • sanitary and epidemiological standards,
    • customs regulations.
Shipping conditions
  • Ensuring cargo security
    Sealing of cargo by the shipper is mandatory, following these requirements:
    • use of identifiable seals,
    • recording seals in the bill of lading,
    • seals must be undamaged,
    • sealing points include containers and van doors,
    • use of special crimping tools for metal wire seals.
  • Cargo condition is checked throughout the entire shipping process.

    Transportation Conditions:
    • hermetic packaging with clear labeling,
    • strict temperature control,
    • monitoring of ventilation and humidity,
    • minimizing delivery times.
