Receiving inspection
Cargo check:
check that the number of packages matches the waybill,
make sure the packaging isn’t damaged,
check weight and dimensions (if in doubt, request reweighing).
Special cases:
for crated cargo: check inside the crate, document any damage with photos or videos, and fill out a damage report together with a company representative,
if you find any damage: do not leave the terminal, report it immediately, and document the damage.
