How to receive your cargo

Delivery options
  • Door-to-door delivery
  • Pickup from our terminal
  • Delivery to a transport company
Required documents
  • For legal entities:
    • ID of the company representative,
    • power of attorney including: date and place of issue, validity period, company details, signatures of both the authorized representative and the consignee, and the company seal,
    • for company executives: incorporation documents or proof of appointment.
  • For sole proprietors:
    • passport,
    • company seal (if available),
    • notarized power of attorney (if the representative does not have a seal).
Receiving inspection
  • Cargo check:
    • check that the number of packages matches the waybill,
    • make sure the packaging isn’t damaged,
    • check weight and dimensions (if in doubt, request reweighing).
  • Special cases:
    • for crated cargo: check inside the crate, document any damage with photos or videos, and fill out a damage report together with a company representative,
    • if you find any damage: do not leave the terminal, report it immediately, and document the damage.
