Delivery options
- Door-to-door delivery

Required documents
- For legal entities:
- ID of the company representative,
- power of attorney including: date and place of issue, validity period, company details, signatures of both the authorized representative and the consignee, and the company seal,
- for company executives: incorporation documents or proof of appointment.
- For sole proprietors:
- passport,
- company seal (if available),
- notarized power of attorney (if the representative does not have a seal).
Receiving inspection
- Cargo check:
- check that the number of packages matches the waybill,
- make sure the packaging isn’t damaged,
- check weight and dimensions (if in doubt, request reweighing).
- Special cases:
- for crated cargo: check inside the crate, document any damage with photos or videos, and fill out a damage report together with a company representative,
- if you find any damage: do not leave the terminal, report it immediately, and document the damage.
